4. Offers and Transactions

An “Offer” is a proposed amount or service for a vehicle. Accepting an Offer creates a binding agreement between the Seller and Buyer. All offers depend on accurate vehicle details and may be adjusted after inspection if information is inaccurate. Sellers can accept or decline any revised offer.

5. Payments

Payments may be made directly by Junkifi or third-party buyers. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic transfer after vehicle pickup and verification. Junkifi is not responsible for payment disputes between Sellers and third parties but may assist when possible.

6. Prohibited Items

Carriers may not transport hazardous materials or restricted vehicles such as motorcycles, RVs, trailers, or boats. Services apply only to standard passenger vehicles.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Junkifi website—including text, graphics, and software—is owned by Junkifi or its licensors. Users may access the site for personal use only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential information obtained through Junkifi remains Junkifi's property. Users must not disclose or misuse this information.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to violate laws, provide false information, impersonate others, or interfere with the site's security or functionality. Unauthorized activity may result in account termination.
